This Policy explains how Dona Comunicação processes the personal data of people who visit the website donacomunicacao.com.br, fill out a form or subscribe to our newsletter. It follows Brazil's General Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD), the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014) and the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990).
DONA COMUNICAÇÃO E EDIÇÃO DE TEXTOS LTDA (Dona Comunicação), CNPJ No. 10.543.128/0001-55, is the controller of the personal data processed on the website.

Data: name, e-mail, job title and the message you write, as well as the page of the website where the form was filled out, the IP address and the date and time of submission.
Purpose: to reply to your message, prepare proposals and keep a record of our communication.
Legal basis: preliminary procedures related to a contract, at the data subject's request (art. 7, V), and Dona Comunicação's legitimate interest in following up on the contact (art. 7, IX).
Data: e-mail, source page, IP address and date and time of subscription. When the subscription is made through the contact form, also name and job title.
Purpose: to send analysis, content, invitations and news from Dona Comunicação, and to measure e-mail opens and clicks in order to improve our content.
Legal basis: consent (art. 7, I). On the contact form, the box “I want to receive Dona's analysis and news by e-mail” comes checked; to opt out, simply uncheck it before sending. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in every e-mail or through the channels in section 6.
Data: browsing information collected by cookies and similar technologies, such as pages visited, time on page, clicks and scrolling, device and browser type, approximate city and IP address.
Purpose: to measure audience, understand how the website is used, fix problems, improve content and show Dona Comunicação ads on other platforms to people who have already visited the website. Details on each tool are in the Cookie policy.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX), with the opt-out options described in the Cookie policy.
Data: IP address and technical access logs.
Purpose: to keep the website online and secure, prevent spam and abuse of the forms and comply with the access log retention required by the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework.
Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation (art. 7, II) and legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).
Fields marked as required on the forms are necessary for us to reply. Without them, the submission cannot be completed.

When data is processed outside Brazil by the companies above, we use the mechanisms provided for in the LGPD and in ANPD Board Resolution No. 19/2024, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the ANPD or equivalent safeguards offered by these companies.
After these periods, the data is deleted or anonymized, except where the law allows it to be kept (art. 16 of the LGPD), such as to comply with a legal obligation or exercise rights in legal proceedings.

We adopt technical and administrative measures to protect personal data, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to the website's admin panel and protection of the forms against automated submissions. No system is completely immune to failures. If a security incident occurs that may pose a relevant risk or harm, we will notify the ANPD and the affected individuals within 3 business days, in accordance with ANPD Board Resolution No. 15/2024.
The website contains links to other websites and YouTube videos. When you follow these links or watch a video, the privacy policies of the respective companies apply. YouTube videos only load when you click to watch.
The website is aimed at companies and professionals and is not intended for people under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children and adolescents.
